Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  We guarantee you will receive the requested hair service(s).  Therefore, no refunds will be given.  Once the hair service(s) is completed.  You will be given the opportunity to view the finished hair service(s).  If you are not completely satisfied.  With yoiur completed hair service(s).  Then inform your hair stylist before you leave the salon and it will be corrected.   Once you are completely satisfied with your hair service and payment is made via credit/debit card.  The cardholder who is paying for the completed hair service(s).  Will be required to print name (same as printed name on card), sign and date this form.  Indicating you have received the requested hair service(s).  Also indicating you are completely satisfied with your hair services(s).   Thank You!
